GlobeMed Gulf has enabled several online portals to its clients; these portals allow them to quote for group schemes, issue policies, add and remove members (endorsements), issue reports such as a loss ratio report, claims details, master file, etc, and process reimbursement claims.

In addition, GlobeMed Gulf’s online system supports simultaneous synchronization of all production/claims data with the client’s existing database.  Thus allowing clients’ insurance /takaful companies’ internal departments such as finance, executive management, etc... to access the medical department’s operations in real-time.
