Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
1. Set priorities and assign responsibilities for the team.
2. Supervise and follow up on the teams’ responsibilities.
3. Supervise training of new members in the C&P department.
4. Solve escalated problems.
5. Support and motivate the team.
Monitoring Resources:
1. Monitor attendance and vacation of employees.
2. Forecast and alert C&P manager of upcoming overtime.
3. Follow up on technical system errors.
4. Close follow-up on outstanding claims (Received and not received bills).
Business Analysis:
1. Create claims and productivity- related reports.
2. Advise, based on results, which actions to take.
3. Audit all types of claims.
4. Follow up on pending and closing of claims.
5. Follow up on deduction process.
6. Close claims when needed.
7. Assist risk-carriers when needed.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the flow of the claims process.
9. Monitor the creation of the debit and credit notes.
10. Detect & report cases of Fraud and abuse.
Skills/Qualifications
1. BS in Business Management.
2. 8+ years in the field in the UAE.
3. Knowledge in Claims processing, Insurance, TPA, Medical field.
4. Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
6. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
7. Team leadership skills.
