Our customer service team will acknowledge your complaint via email or call within 1 business day and conduct a thorough investigation into your concerns and a response will be provided with a suitable resolution within 5 business days.


If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome provided following your complaint, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the appropriate regulatory authority based on your emirate of residence:
