Customer Care Agent
The Customer Care Agent handles multi‐channel contacts coming from GlobeMed Gulf’s stakeholders and provides them with the best support and assistance using a quality customer service approach.
Receptionist
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The Receptionist takes care of front desk operations, handles inquiries, and schedules appointments.
Claims Team Leader
The Claims Team Leader facilitates and leads the claims processing team. He/she also prepares reports and studies and handles claims.
TPA Accountant
The TPA Accountant is responsible of reconciling accounts, overviewing, controlling, and supporting the transactions performed by providers affiliated with GlobeMed Gulf, ensuring their smooth and efficient running as part of the financial operations.
Compliance Officer
The Compliance & Reporting Officer supports GlobeMed Gulf’s compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Network Relations Officer
The Network Relations Officer supports the management and maintenance of GlobeMed’s healthcare provider network.
Production Team Leader
The Production Team Leader supports the execution and monitoring of insurance production activities by leading day-to-day operational tasks and guiding team members in achieving production targets.
Quality Assurance & Training Officer
The Quality Assurance & Training Officer supports the implementation and monitoring of quality standards across operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Network Relations Supervisor
The Network Relations Supervisor manages day‑to‑day network relations operations, overseeing officers and supporting the implementation of GlobeMed’s provider network strategy.
Reimbursement Officer
The Reimbursement Officer processes and validates member reimbursement claims to ensure accurate adjudication, timely settlement, and compliance with policy benefits, contractual terms, and internal procedures, while maintaining high service quality.
