Network Relations Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

A. Network Relations Support & Implementation

1.     Support the implementation of GlobeMed’s network strategies, policies, and procedures.

2.     Assist in communicating GlobeMed’s policies, protocols, and updates to healthcare providers.

3.     Maintain day-to-day coordination with providers to support effective working relationships.

4.     Follow up with providers to ensure alignment with agreed terms and operational requirements.

B. Contracts & Rates Support

1.     Assist in maintaining provider contracts, rates, and related documentation.

2.     Support contract renewals, amendments, and tracking of signed agreements.

3.     Assist in monitoring compliance with agreed contractual terms.

4.     Support utilization review processes by coordinating information when required.

5.     Assist with reconciliation follow-ups in coordination with the reconciliation unit.

6.     Maintain and update provider shopping lists and related records.

7.     Support Help Desk activities related to network and provider inquiries.

8.     Escalate provider complaints or issues to the Supervisor or Manager as needed.

C. Network & Database Administration

1.     Support the collection, verification, and update of provider data and questionnaires.

2.     Ensure accuracy and completeness of provider information in the network database.

3.     Assist in updating provider information on internal systems and platforms.

4.     Report discrepancies or missing data for corrective action.

D. Policies & Procedures

1.     Assist in implementing network-related policies and Modus Operandi (MOPs).

2.     Ensure assigned tasks comply with approved procedures and guidelines.

E. Reporting & Analysis Support

1.     Assist in preparing basic reports, statistics, and provider comparison data.

2.     Support cost containment and utilization analysis initiatives as requested.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or related field.

2.     Health insurance diploma is a plus.

3.     2–4 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, hospital administration, or TPA environment.

4.     Basic understanding of healthcare provider operations, billing rules, and insurance processes.

5.     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

6.     Good communication and coordination abilities.

7.     Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data accurately.

8.     Team-oriented and service-focused.
