Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Insurance Production Support:
1. Support the execution of insurance production plans to meet departmental targets.
2. Coordinate daily production activities and address operational issues, escalating complex matters to the Supervisor or Manager.
3. Support the onboarding of new clients in coordination with sales and underwriting teams.
4. Review production performance data and support tracking of client retention metrics.
5. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely maintenance of production-related data and documentation.
B. Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Coordinate the collection and consolidation of production data for reporting purposes.
2. Support the preparation of standard reports and dashboards.
3. Perform basic analysis to identify trends, variances, and operational gaps.
4. Support improvements to reporting templates and data collection processes.
C. Operational Efficiency & Process Support
1. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvement initiatives.
2. Coordinate with operations and IT teams to support system-related production activities.
3. Ensure adherence to reporting standards, documentation requirements, and internal procedures.
4. Support compliance with internal policies and insurance-related regulations.
D. Team Coordination & Collaboration:
1. Provide day-to-day guidance and task coordination for team members involved in production activities.
2. Promote collaboration with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of production processes.
3. Participate in cross-functional meetings and support issue resolution.
4. Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve operational matters.
E. Strategic & Business Support
1. Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
2. Support the preparation of market research and competitor analysis reports.
3. Provide operational data and insights to support strategic initiatives related to pricing, distribution, and portfolio performance.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics, or a related field
2. Health insurance diploma is a plus
3. 6–9 years of experience in insurance operations, production, data analysis, or related roles.
4. Good understanding of insurance processes and product types.
5. Strong proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
6. Familiarity with MS Office and online research tools.
7. Knowledge of GlobeMed systems and services is an advantage.
8. Strong attention to detail and operational problem-solving skills.
9. Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
10. Clear and effective communicator with the ability to explain data and operational insights.
11. Team-oriented with the ability to guide peers while managing individual responsibilities.
12. Good understanding of insurance compliance standards and internal procedures.
